The Atlantic School of Drapery & Home Design is a 501 C3 NOT FOR PROFIT Corporation/School. We are actively searching for instructors, corporate underwriting, donations of time, material, funding and business experience. Our instructors are active and retired professionals with a combined experience of over 130 years in the business.
Registration has started for our new session. Classes are filled by reservation only. New classes can be added as requested (5 person minimum). Housing provided for out of town students as available.
Private classes, professional seminars and lecture/demonstrations available on location or per request.
Our class offerings include: Beginning Drapery, The Art of Swags, Upholstered Headboards and Cornices, Roman Valances & Shades, Balloon Valances & Shades, Chair Seats, Bar Stools, & Ottomans, Bed Covers, Dust Ruffles, & Pillows, Decorating for the Holidays, Interior Space Planning & Color Schemes, Slipcovers, Upholstery.
